Talent Acquisition team would be equipped with the ATS system & different recruitment sources.

Responsibilities Include Some Of The Following

• Work as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to create, propose and deliver recruitment plans to support business operations, growth and transformation.
• Be responsible for the full circle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers. Especially capable of mass recruiting for sales positions, e-commerce, and media sectors.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques and channels to fill the current hiring needs and new projects
• Build and manage the talent pool, and leverage for future hiring needs.
• Support & follow up with the new hires for smooth onboarding.
• Ensure the best candidate experience through proper communication along their candidacy journey with Medici.
• Report and evaluate recruitment performance weekly/ monthly/ quarterly.
• Be responsible for employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate the recruitment of doctors in a collaborator capacity.
• Office management in Ho Chi Minh City

If you are

• At least 2 - 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in niche skills recruiting environment with a wide variety of job disciplines.
• Ability to take initiative and innovate to push recruiting success
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Team player with high energy, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Can-do attitude with a growth mindset, passionate about talent acquisition and goal-oriented
• Recruiting experience in hospitals, clinics are preferred
